A classic Philly rowhome offering plenty of sun, hardwood, and sleek new renovations just dropped on the market for $780,000.

The four-bed, 2.5-bath spot has a number of draws, like the foyer with a detailed transom window and glass door, a carved wood fireplace, and a kitchen that offers tons of natural light along with a tile backsplash.

In fact, a lot of the home features pops of colorful tile—primarily in the bathrooms, where different patterns decorate the walls.

The bedrooms sit upstairs, and there’s a finished basement downstairs. The home has some ample outdoor space, too. There’s a patio outside and a roof deck.

It’s seen several renovations since the place last sold in 2015, including new paint, all new windows, and that finished basement. Of course, with renovations came a price hike; the spot sold two years ago for $590,000.
