Live in a sunny Rittenhouse Square spot for $335K

It’s only a couple blocks from the square

A cheery and bright apartment on Pine Street, just steps from the ritzy Rittenhouse Square, just dropped on the market this week, offering hardwood floors and two stories at $335,000.

The one-bed, one-bath spot is tucked into an historic brick building—one of many that line the streets around the popular square. It has several notable details, like the worn hardwood floors, decorative fireplace, and 10-foot ceilings on the first floor, but one that really sticks out is the spiral stair that leads to the second-story bedroom.

Upstairs, there’s more light and ample closet space. The $335,000 asking price—which has barely increased in the past ten years—is a far cry from its $1 to $2 million neighbors just up the street on the square itself. But there may be a reason for the Pine Street spot’s less shocking price point: the place is only 800 square feet in total.

In addition to the price tag, you’ll have to pay $260 a month in HOA fees.
