Will a pricechop help it find a buyer?

A cute little rowhome in Manayunk has been sitting on and off the market for a few months now, but its most recent pricechop has brought its asking price just below $200,000.

Now asking $199,900, the 1,200-square-foot home sits on one of Manayunk’s notoriously hilly streets. The two-bedroom, one and a half-bath home has a traditional floor plan on the first level, with a living room, dining room, and kitchen in the back.

Off the dining room, the winding staircase leads up to the two bedrooms, which both have vaulted ceilings and built-in storage.

But the fenced-in backyard is perhaps where the home’s most potential lies. Located off the kitchen, it stretches to the end of the lot and features a covered patio, grass, and a small gardening plot.

Want to check it out in person? There’s an open house on Saturday, February 17 from 1 to 3 p.m.
