A sunny and swanky bi-level condo located on South Street has hit the market, asking half a million dollars for a one-bedroom unit with soaring ceilings.

The unit is located in the 1352 Lofts building in Center City, just a couple of blocks off the the Avenue of the Arts on South Broad. It’s a one-bedroom, one and a half bath condo clocking in at 1,537 square feet.

The real showstopper of the loft is its 20-foot-tall ceilings, highlighted by the floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the home and its chandelier with natural light. Beyond the wall of windows is a small outdoor terrace that spans the length of the unit.

The one bedroom takes up the entire second level and has easy access to the full bathroom, too. The bedroom overlooks the entire unit, but don’t worry about it being too bright—the wall of windows come with custom blinds to block out the sun when it’s just a little too bright.

The asking price of the condo is $509,000, plus $678 monthly HOA dues.
