Who needs to wait until the summer to take a dip? Not whoever buys this Queen Village townhouse, which comes with its own heated, indoor saltwater pool.

This home at 610 S. Front Street just hit the market, asking a cool $2,200,000 for a 4,800-square-foot home with four bedrooms, four and a half baths, and a one-car garage. Couple all that with perks like the indoor pool, a roof deck with an outdoor kitchen, and an elevator, and the home is basically like a mini-resort.

Per the listing, the home was built in the late 1980s, which may explain some of the cosmetic details throughout the home. The kitchen is a lesson in contrasts, with one side lined with black cabinetry and the other with a wall of lightly colored, see-through cabinets.

The home’s cabinetry was designed by local artist Alan Levine and features an array of wood varieties, including ribbonwood, Birdseye Maple, African mahogany, and IPE, wenge, cherry, and oak.

The 20-foot-wide townhouse goes big all over: There are two Curved bay windows on the second and third stories span the width of the home. Those spaces, coupled with the roof top deck, mean the home makes the most of its views.
