A handsome Victorian twin in Cedar Park has come to the market, offering a whole lot of house in good condition for $695,000, making it one of the priciest properties for sale in the neighborhood.

The home at 4627 Cedar Avenue is a five-bedroom, two and a half bath house with 2,565 square feet of space to spare. Like we said, it’s a whole lot of house.

A lot of the home’s original, Victorian details have been maintained over the years, from the stained glass windows throughout to the original trim and moldings. But for those who prefer a home of the 21st century will be happy to know that the house has been upgraded throughout: There roof has been replaced and there are some new windows, and the kitchen and bathrooms have been updated in recent years, too.

The upper levels of the home are reserved for the bedrooms. On the second floor, there is a master suite, as well as an extra living space with a fireplace, etched glass doors, and a big, bay window. The third floor is where you’ll find the rest of the four bedrooms. Finally, the attic, currently used as a gym, has potential to be turned into something more.

Take a tour of the home below. Want to see it in person? There are two open houses this weekend on Saturday February 10 from 1 to 3 p.m. and Sunday, February 11 from 2 to 4 p.m.
