Two years ago, this contemporary condo was the most expensive home on the market, clocking in at a cool $7M. But now the condo has dropped that title and a few hundred thousand dollars.

It was relisted in October for $6.7M and sits on the 6th floor in the Barclay Condominiums. Boasting views of Rittenhouse Square, the condo is also roomy at 6,500 square feet. HOA dues are $4,905/month

The interior was designed by NYC architects Christoff : Finio with walls and nooks specifically for displaying a private art collection throughout the space.

The entrance opens to a living area, which includes a raised hardwood platform and a frosted glass wall separating the marble floor dining area.

A spacious (and shiny) chef’s kitchen sits behind a sliding pocket door off the dining space, according to the condo’s listing.

Thirty windows allow light to pour into the unit’s main living areas and adjoining six bedrooms, which include a 300 square foot guest bedroom with a private entrance.
