A spacious apartment built into the top of an old garment factory, known as the Daniel Building, is listed for $925,000.

The 2,064-square-foot apartment, at 20 to 22 North 3rd Street in the heart of Old City, boasts wall-to-wall windows and an open floor plan that adds to its roomy feel. Two bedroom-areas and two baths sit at either end of the apartment, almost mirroring each other.

The apartment has an industrial style that’s reminiscent of its garment factory days, with polished concrete floors and exposed heating ducts. On one end of the long space, a bedroom area, living area and dining area are separated only by a half-wall.

A kitchen sits in the middle of the home and features a red quartz island and double ovens. It’s connected, again, by the open floor plan to another living area at the other end of the apartment.

The second living space is separated by a half wall to the second bedroom area, which features—like much of the rest of the apartment—walls of windows and plenty of light. Along with the $925,000 price tag, the apartment requires $550 a month in HOA fees.
