The townhouse at 921 Clinton Street in Washington Square West is not one of the many Philly homes that famed architect Louis Kahn designed. But he did live there for a time before his death in 1974.
And, during that time, Kahn did design an addition to the townhouse’s kitchen.
The whole shebang is now on sale through Keller Williams’ Anthony Prano for $1.75 million.
The townhouse, which dates from the 1850s, stretches to 2,785 square feet and includes the potential for four bedrooms. It also has eight ornamental fireplaces and a backyard, plus driveway parking for two.
