A charming, 100-year-old West Philly home that’s undergone recent renovations, just dropped on the market for $550,00.

The 2,700 square foot twin home sits at 4905 Cedar Avenue and offers three stories, six beds and three baths. The house opens with a large front room that features an antique front door and original oak floors.

Off of the front living room sits the dining room, which has unique, built-in display cabinets. The kitchen sits adjacent and features a deep, cast iron chef’s sink and a second staircase. There’s an added bonus to the first floor of the home: a greenhouse-style enclosed patio that sits just off the kitchen and has reclaimed wood and wall-to-wall windows.

The expansive home holds tons of space upstairs, too, starting with another front living room on the second floor. The bedrooms sit down the hall on the second and third floors.

The home was built in 1919 and features a number of Victorian touches, including bay windows and asymmetrical ceilings on the top floor.
