From one to four-bed homes, there’s a lot this city has to offer

Welcome back to Curbed Comparisons, a dive into the options available for a certain price point in various Philly neighborhoods. How many beds can you get in South Philly versus Manayunk? Let’s find out! Today’s price point: Around $2,500 a month

Francisville (2 bed, 1 bath)—Oak floors and a kitchen with grey quartz counters are just some of the features that adorn this sleek, two story Francisville apartment, which has 1,037 square feet of space. The apartment costs $2,500 a month, and that’s including a roof deck and a space in the downstairs garage.

Fishtown (4 Bed, 2.5 bath)—The interior of this 2,361 square foot home stays true to its Fishtown roots, with exposed brick walls and hardwood flooring that’s popular in other neighborhood homes. On top of those elements, it offers a fireplace, tile bathroom and granite countertops.

Manayunk (3 bed, 2.5 bath)—If a roomy home is more what you’re looking for, this Manayunk house might be your best bet. It’s got bamboo floors, three stories and high ceilings. Amenities like a gas fireplace downstairs and a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom add to its charm.

Northern Liberties (3 bed, 2 bath)—There’s a lot of potential in this Northern Liberties home, which has an outdoor deck, a sleek kitchen with granite countertops and a bathroom with black marble flooring. The home offers a lot of storage space, including an upstairs closet with built-in shelves and a finished basement. Yet another added bonus: a whole hallway lined with closets on the second floor.

South Philly (1 bed, 2 bath)—This South Philly home lets you live in style without breaking the bank. The kitchen features a long island of counter space and sits adjacent to the living room, which has floor to ceiling windows. There’s one bedroom and one “den area” as well as two elegant bathrooms and a personal balcony.
