Whenever one of the luxury industrial-style units in The Cigar Factory goes on the market, it’s hard not to admire the high ceilings and walls of windows for which the apartments are known. One factory unit that recently listed for $575,000 is no exception.

The 1,683-square-foot loft has been divided into two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It features many of the design elements that people have come to love about industrial style, like worn wood ceiling beams, concrete floors, and an exterior brick wall with a row of oversized, 8-foot-tall windows.

The main room of the home features an open floor plan, which connects a kitchen area with a living space and two reading nooks off to either side.

On one end of the loft sits the first bedroom area, which features partial walls and a window that looks out over one of the reading nooks, likely installed to let in natural light.

The second bedroom sits at the other end of the apartment and features the same kind of layout, except this one has double doors that swing open into another reading nook.

In addition to its asking price, the home requires HOA fees of $564 per month.
