Sleek Poplar apartment with stellar views asks $750K

It has four bedrooms and three and a half baths

If there’s one word to describe the apartment that just listed for $724,900 at Liberty Square, it’s sleek. Another word: white.

The listing mentions several homes in the same Liberty Square Townhouse complex, but the one featured here is the four-bed, three and a half-bath home, which has a contrast of off-white and dark colors that leave a clean, polished interior.

On the first floor sits a living area with long windows that shed in plenty of light, dark hardwood floors, and a white stone-clad fireplace. That dark flooring continues into the (super spacious) kitchen, which features a white quartz countertop and a dark green tile backsplash. Funky, geometric light fixtures accent the living and dining area.

Travel upstairs and find even more of that sleek, white theme. Floor-to-ceiling windows are featured in the master bedroom, and a bath has the same, along with a large white soaking tub. The other bedrooms feature the same oversized windows and dark wood floors.

For many, the draw may be the top floor private roof deck, which is fully finished with some wood siding (this isn’t your average Philly roof) and has enviable views of center city.

In addition to its nearly $750,000 asking price, the home calls for HOA fees of $175 per month.
