Welcome back to Curbed Comparisons, a dive into the options available for a certain price point in various Philly neighborhoods. How many beds can you get in Germantown versus Graduate Hospital? Let’s find out! Today’s price point: $900 a month.

East Germantown (3 bed, 1 bath)—You’ll be hard-pressed to find a place with more space for this price point than this apartment in East Germantown. The recently rehabbed place offers 1,200 square feet and three bedrooms, as well as a new bathroom and kitchen. There’s tons of natural light, and you can even bring your pet.

Overbrook (1 bed, 1 bath)—For a slight break from city living (but still close to Philly) this Overbrook apartment is a good option. It’s a 700 square foot space that offers sleek hardwood floors and plenty of light. Added bonuses are the on-site laundry and utilities (you only have to pay for electric).

University City (Studio, 1 bath)—Right in University City, close to Clark Park, restaurants and shopping, is this quiet studio apartment. It offers hardwood floors and 24-hour maintenance. Plus, you can bring cats and dogs.

Graduate Hospital (Studio, 1 bath)—For those looking to be central to everything, this Graduate Hospital apartment is a good option; it’s just one block west of Broad Street (and the South Street BSL stop). You may have to sacrifice some space, though. This studio is only 300 square feet, but it does have some great features, like laundry in the building and air conditioning.

North Philly (2 bed, 1 bath)—Travel up to North Philly for the final apartment at a $900 price point. This recently renovated apartment offers two bedrooms, hardwood floors in the living room, and central air (a major benefit in the hot Philly summer).
