Philly-based developers, the Post Brothers, have sold the Victory Square shopping center in North Philly for $9.2 million, according to Philly.com.

The nearly 40,000-square-foot property at the 4400 block of North Broad, was sold to Millburn, N.J. investor Peter Nalitt’s affiliate, who is unnamed in the story, according to Philly.com.

The Post Brothers were last in the news in May, after they purchased the Kushner Companies stake in the Piazza (or Schmidt’s Commons) for $44.1 million, with plans to amp-up the property and attract a more mature (rather than college-aged) clientele.
