A one-story ranch-style home, tucked into the trees in the Philly suburb of Berwyn just came on the market for $415,000.

The three-bed, two-bath home was built in 1981, but offers some elements reminiscent of the popular midcentury modern design style, like vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the lush backyard.

An open floor plan connects a living room—with an asymmetrical stone fireplace—to a dining area and kitchen. An enclosed porch has wood ceilings and skylights, and boasts views over the deck into the trees.

The bedrooms sit on the other end of the home, featuring the same vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors.

Even though the home has a woodsy vibe, it’s still remarkably close to the the shops and stores along the Main Line. The house has undergone a price change since it was last listed in 2001 for $280,000.
