From East Falls to Center City, there are a lot of options.

Welcome back to Curbed Comparisons, a dive into the options available for a certain price point in various Philly neighborhoods. How many beds can you get in Center City versus Point Breeze? Let’s find out! Today’s price point: $1,100 a month.

Center City (Studio, 1 bath)—At 314 square feet, this Center City studio is the smallest place on this list, but it has a ton of interesting elements. There’s a red, white, and black color scheme, hardwood floors, and amenities in the building like a fitness center and hair salon.

West Philly (3 bed, 1 bath)—Deep in West Philly this three-bed home offers two stories, a front porch, and hardwood floors. Plus, there’s a laundry room with a hookup for a washer and dryer.

University City (1 bed, 1 bath)—This one-bed home in Hamilton Court has a ton to offer in the way of design and amenities. There’s exposed beams throughout the place, a sizable kitchen, a fitness center in the building, and great curb appeal.

East Falls (3 bed, 2 bath)—Just northeast of center city, this place in East Falls offers a whole house you can rent for $1,100. There’s a living area downstairs (with plenty of sun), a kitchen with a lot of storage space for its size, and three beds upstairs. Plus, it’s undergone recent renovations.

Point Breeze (1 bed, 1 bath)—For something different—especially in an urban space like South Philly—check out this Point Breeze home, which has a distinct country feel to it. The living area is decked out with wood paneling on one wall, it features a brick fireplace, and there’s a kitchen with a brick wall and oak cabinets.
