A Tudor-style home with a stone facade and tower, which is tucked away in Drexel Hill, just came on the market for $395,000.

The place was built in 1930, and offers three bedrooms, three baths, and nearly 3,000 square feet of space.

The front door (which is built into the stone tower) opens to a foyer that splits into two rooms. To the left is the first living room with hardwood floors and a stone fireplace. Off of that sits a cool sunroom with stone walls and oversized windows.

A dining room and kitchen, with granite countertops and tons of space, sit on the other end of the first floor. There’s even a second living room (with a second stone fireplace).

Upstairs holds three bedrooms, including a master bedroom that has its own sitting room and walk-in closet attached. There’s ample closed-in yard space outside as well.

The nearly century-old home recently saw renovations to the windows, roof, kitchen, and basement.
