A century-old brick South Philly home that (somewhat) recently underwent a complete renovation, just listed for $639,900.

The three-bed, two-bath place has a ton of rustic charm throughout, starting with the living area on the main floor. exposed wood beams and painted brick accent the room, which empties out into a sleek white kitchen and private patio in the back.

Downstairs, a recently refurbished basement offers the same exposed beams, as well as a stone wall, a laundry room, and a light well that opens up to the main floor above.

The second and third stories have brightly lit bedrooms, with wood cabinetry and frosted glass transom windows. The third floor holds another special draw—glass doors lead out to a patio with views over South Philly.

The home was built in 1925 and renovated in 2008. It last sold for $515,000 in 2008.
