University City (1 bed, 1 bath)—Just south of Baltimore Avenue, this one-bed place offers a bunch of interesting architectural details, like slanted walls, a loft, exposed brick, iron railings, and several skylights. Also, that staircase is a must-see.

Brewerytown (1 bed, 1 bath)—A home in a newly constructed apartment complex, called Brewerytown Flats, offers a kitchen with a ton of counter space, balconies looking outside, and hardwood floors throughout the place. As an added bonus, the home offers a washer and dryer in unit.

Powelton Village (1 bed, 1 bath)—In Powelton Village, a converted school house offers a one-bed, one-bath loft home, with high ceilings and a bright yellow door. It also has hardwood floors and large windows that let in plenty of light.

Center City (Studio, 1 bath)—This Center City place is a sleek, white home with black and white tile kitchen floors, all-white walls, and a big bay window. The home is also cat and dog friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along.

Olde Richmond (2 bed, 1 bath)—The most space for your money is in this Miller Street place, just south of Port Richmond. It offers two floors, with a large living room, wood staircase and sizable kitchen. Upstairs, find newly carpeted bedrooms. There’s even an enclosed outdoor space, although it could use a little fixing up.
