Fairmount (2 bed, 2 bath)—Blocks from the Broad Street Line, at 19th and Francis, this two-bed place is brand new, with a washer and dryer in unit, intercom, surveillance cameras, a small Juliet balcony, and a communal roof.
Rittenhouse Square (1 bed, 1 bath)—It’s no surprise that the places around Rittenhouse Square have less space for the same price point, but this apartment at 1605 Sansom is still a beaut. It’s in the Sansom Apartment building, just blocks from Rittenhouse square, and offers a washer and dryer in unit, as well as hardwood floors and tons of windows (with Center City views).
Norris Square (3 bed, 3 bath)—This new construction apartment building offers a lot within its 1,600 square feet, including a private backyard, washer and dryer in the apartment, and a video doorbell. It’s also a quick walk from the subway.
Society Hill (1 bed, 2 bath)—In Philly, Society Hill is one of the more popular places to call home. But there’s still apartments available, like this one at 3rd and Walnut, which offers one full bedroom, one den, and two bathrooms. It has hardwood floors and ceilings that reach 17 feet in some areas. Plus, there’s a second floor to the apartment with a glass railing looking over the living room.
Fishtown (2 bed, 2 bath)—In Fishtown, this 1,300-square-foot place at 512 East Girard offers two bedrooms on either end of the apartment, a big living room with oversized windows, quartz countertops, and a washer and dryer in unit. there are several draws to the building as well, like an elevator, basement storage units, and a community rooftop.
