It has plenty of gardens on .5 acres of land

Barbara Pellegrino

A northeast Philly townhome that blends city living with touches of the country just came on the market for $325,000.

The three-bed, two-bath home on Rising Sun Avenue in Cheltenham is designed like a traditional rowhome, with a living area in the front, a spacious kitchen on the back first floor, and sunny bedrooms upstairs. But it has some unique touches, too, like a wood stove in the living room, a farmhouse style kitchen, carved wood designs throughout, and gardens galore.

The house sits on a half-acre of land that includes an organic hobby farm with flowers, veggies, and herb gardens that will all be planted and prepped for this year before the house changes hands, according to the listing. That includes a rose garden and over 1,000 bulbs planted, as well as cherry and apple trees.

The home is being shown by Kristoffer Lehman of Keller Williams.
