Peek inside the newly opened Hamilton tower

New, 2 comments

Logan Square’s newest residential building

One tower out of a two-part, $160 million residential project, opened last week, nearly two years after it broke ground.

The project, dubbed “The Hamilton,” will eventually see two residential towers go up at 15th and Hamilton streets bringing primarily residences, with some retail space to the popular Logan Square spot.

The first tower, which held its official grand opening last Friday, has 279 apartments, as well as plenty of amenities, like an interior courtyard, communal lounge space, and smaller communal rooms for working or studying, according to Dave Yeager, President and CEO of Radnor Property Group, which is behind the project.

The group focused on bringing mostly studio apartments to the first tower, in the hopes of keeping the cost down for residents. He said they expect to see a lot of local graduate students and young professionals rent at The Hamilton.

The prices range from studios—around 400 square feet—which start at $1,300 at month, to two-bedroom apartments—around 950 square feet—which can reach $3,000 a month. The next tower will likely have more two-bed apartments. They’re still in the planning stages for that building and expect to begin construction next month.

For now, check out the interior views of two-bed, one-bed, and studio apartments below:
