Character-filled Queen Village ‘castle’ asks $800K

The place has been completely redesigned by its owner, an interior decorator

A “castle” tucked away behind a series of rowhomes in Queen Village offers up a ton of newly renovated character for $799,900.

The two-bed, two-bath place, dubbed, “The Castle in Candle Court,” sits in a courtyard behind several rowhomes off South Second Street. Despite its 150-year-old age, the home boasts entirely new renovations, with an inside designed by owner and interior designer, Anna Powers of Busybee Design.

And the result is a kind of contemporary-meets-rustic style, with wood ceiling beams and brick archways complemented by artsy light fixtures, skylights, and a living room with a 22-foot ceiling.

Bonus: there’s also parking for one car.
