An 19th century Gwynedd Valley estate that just came on the market, offers a whopping 14,000 square feet of space on 3.5 acres of land.

The estate, which sits at 1336 Gypsy Hill Road, was built around the turn of the century for Edward Smith, founder of the Philly-based investment firm Smith Barney. It has eight bedrooms, seven full baths and a four-car garage on its property, and was designed to be Smith’s summer estate—a getaway from the city, according to the home’s listing.

In addition to plenty of marble and hardwood floors throughout, the home also has 10 fireplaces, a wine cellar, swimming pool, and a spa. Princess Grace Kelley of Monaco (and, technically, East Falls) even stayed at the home once, the listing said.

The home is being shown by Nicole DeSantis and Rachel Crowl of Coldwell Banker.
