Two historic Burholme Victorians want $300K apiece

Tons of stunning details inside

After two years on the city’s historic registry, these two Victorian twin homes are up for sale, asking $300,000 each.

The homes are designed similarly, with five beds, two baths, each topping off at 2,600 square feet large. The building itself offers a wrap-around porch, a prominent stone chimney jutting from the home, and lots of classic Victorian details, like a turret and stone on the exterior of the first floor.

Original hardwood floors run through the homes, along with hardwood staircases (with ornate detailing). There’s plenty of well-lit living space on the first floor, and the bedrooms sit upstairs, along with a bath that includes a claw foot tub in one of the homes.

The 19th century spot was placed on Philly’s historic registry in 2017 and it’s being shown by the Dominic Fuscia Team.

Correction: An original version of this story said the twin homes were sold as one. They are actually being sold separately for $300,000 each. The piece has been updated and Curbed Philly regrets the error.
