An industrial-style loft with hardwood floors, exposed beams, and plenty of brick just came on the market asking $445,000.

Located in the popular loft building, The Candy Factory, on 1125 East Columbia Avenue, the two-bed, one bath home has an open floor plan, with a long stainless steel kitchen and a spacious living area. The bedrooms have been separated from the rest of the loft by partial walls, and feature plenty of sunlight.

The industrial style—popular in a lot of Fishtown and Northern Liberties apartments—is heavily featured throughout the space, from exposed heating ducts and pipes, to worn wood beams and posts.

The building was built in 1900 and this unit last sold for $320,000 in 2013. It’s being shown by Leah Strenger of Elfant Wissahickon.
