A cheery Queen Village townhome that was built just over 10 years ago dropped on the market recently for just shy of $890,000.

The three-bed, two-bath place is nearly 3,000 square feet large with a large, open plan living room and kitchen on the first floor. There are plenty of bay windows throughout the home, including on the second floor, which holds two of the bedrooms. The third floor is a private master suite with a bedroom, balcony, and large bath.

Built in 2006, the home is relatively new construction, compared to similar rowhomes in the area. But it features one thing a lot of older homes don’t: two car parking.

The house last sold for $565,000 in 2009. It’s being shown by John Duffy of Duffy Real Estate.
