It has plenty of white and wood

A sleek, minimalist rowhome renovated to include plenty of modern details just came on the market in Graduate Hospital for $885,000.

The three-bed, two-bath home was built in 1915 but has been recently redone with white painted brick in the hallway, all white walls, and white beams the effect is both sleek and bright, emphasized by large windows throughout the main floor.

A first floor kitchen continues the modern look, with a hand painted tile backsplash, white oak cabinets, and dark granite countertops.

Upstairs, some of the draws include second-floor skylights, a limestone floor bathroom, and plenty of closets that blend right into the wall.

The home is being shown by Patrick Campbell of Compass.
