7 of the 10 Cheapest Rittenhouse Square Units Are in The Savoy

View as Map

Living on Rittenhouse Square is like reaching the pinnacle of home ownership for many a Philly house hunter. Sure, we'd all love the $1,000/sq. ft. penthouse, but let's face it, many of us simply can't afford to live like Louis Winthorpe III or the Flyers Captain Claude Giroux. What you might not know is that deals on the Square can be had! Interestingly enough, The Savoy is home to seven of the ten least expensive places on our list, including an absolutely incredible Carl Massana redesigned unit. Of the other three, two are located at Rittenhouse Plaza and the other is in the ritzy Parc Rittenhouse high rise. Looking for a high-end (read: tight) space while not pushing your budget into full-on Duke & Duke mode? Hit up the map after the jump!
