Philly's real estate transitioned from a buyer's to seller's market earlier this year, when home prices hit an all-time high since the housing bust. Still, reports show that it's still a better deal to buy than rent in this city, with the median home price hovering somewhere around $141,000. Although prices are rising and inventory is dwindling, there are still some pretty nice properties for sale with reasonable price tags.
