Situated in two converted townhouses, La Reserve offers a convenient Center City location, complimentary breakfast and cookies, and well appointed rooms and suites that come at the fraction of the price of nearby Rittenhouse hotels.

Bella Vista Bed & Breakfast
Swan and angel paintings hang on brightly colored walls and stare down the pink bedding below. Yes, this is classic love it or hate it B&B decor, but no matter how you feel about doilies, the prices and location aren't half bad.
The Thomas Bond House
Billing itself as the only inn located in Indpendencr Park, the Thomas Bond House takes historically accurate furnishing and ambiance seriously. The house itself was built in 1769 and was restored and converted into a B&B in 1988
The Gables
In a building designed by Willis G. Hale (of Divine Lorraine and Hale Building fame), this B&B is quaint, includes access to lush, expansive gardens, and has won the Historical Society's "Outstanding Preservation Award".
Arthaus
Definitely the quirkiest offering on this list, the Arthaus' slogan is "Living with art is an art of living". This unique property is decorated with reclaimed objects, antiques, and original artwork. It's also very close to South Street, which is a plus for travellers looking to do sight seeing outside of Independence Park.
Cornerstone Bed & Breakfast
Located in University City, this B&B gets a lot of business around graduation time, but that's not its only draw. Stained glass windows, Victorian decor, and high ceilings are all featured in the interior.
