Manton is a side street a block south of Federal, and this house is close to Jefferson Square, Gold Star Park and Sacks Playground. These new 2,000-square-foot rentals won't be ready for move-in until December, but if the photos are to be believed, they'll be pretty swank.

Here's a really good one: This home on pretty Addison Street has an attached garage, a patio/garden, French doors that let in plenty of light, solar panels, a wood-burning fireplace, 2.5 baths and hardwood floors. You can enter the house through the garage or the front door.
2BR Condo in Wash West - $2,200
Clinton Street is one of the prettiest streets in Philly, and this unit in a condo building will get snapped up quickly. The bilevel 1,200-square-foot space has hardwood floors and a his-and-her bathroom. Rent includes a dedicated parking spot.
6BR Apt. Near Temple - $2,000
Why, if you're renting to students, would you install wall-to-wall carpeting? On the plus side, this house has central air, dishwasher, washer/dryer, two refrigerators, a rear patio, a porch, 3 full bathrooms and (know your audience) a "bar style kitchen."
Center City Trinity - $2,395
This trinity-style unit feels like a house of its own. The first floor has built-in bookshelves and a kitchen that opens to a quiet patio. The second floor has the master bedroom with nice hardwood floors and good molding. The third floor is an open space you can get flexible with. Great location, and the mural means you'll always be able to give people directions.
2BR in Bella Vista - $2,150
The Lofts at Bella Vista have a 1,620-square-foot apartment available that has 8 foot ceilings and huge windows for a lot of light. Amenities include garage parking; fitness room; 24-hour concierge; and a community gathering space.
Bilevel 2BR on the Delaware - $2,150
The Residences at Pier 5 are right on the river, so chances are you'll be able to gaze out your oversized windows and watch it ripple. The location is definitely removed from the action—especially considering that this is a gated community. There's a 24-hour doorman and one-car parking is included.
