Clinton Street is one of the prettiest streets in Philly, and this unit in a condo building will get snapped up quickly. The bilevel 1,200-square-foot space has hardwood floors and a his-and-her bathroom. Rent includes a dedicated parking spot.
6BR Apt. Near Temple - $2,000
Why, if you're renting to students, would you install wall-to-wall carpeting? On the plus side, this house has central air, dishwasher, washer/dryer, two refrigerators, a rear patio, a porch, 3 full bathrooms and (know your audience) a "bar style kitchen."

The Residences at Pier 5 are right on the river, so chances are you'll be able to gaze out your oversized windows and watch it ripple. The location is definitely removed from the action—especially considering that this is a gated community. There's a 24-hour doorman and one-car parking is included.
